Join Benvenuti and Stein and Beth Aldrich, local Board Certified Health Counselor, Culinarian and Author of the book, Real Moms Love to Eat: How to Conduct a Love Affair with Food, Lose Weight and Feel Fabulous (New American Library-Penguin Books Imprint, January, 2012) for a hands-on series of 4 Skinny Cooking Classes, developed for the busy woman who wants to eat for health while still looking and feeling fabulous. The classes will offer samples of each recipe prepared, plus a snack to nosh on during the class and can accommodate 4-15 participants. Each week, Beth will share healthy eating tips, recipe demonstrations and techniques for a different meal of the day – only 3 sessions left.
Week 2, Oct. 30-Lunch and Appetizers,
Week 3, Nov. 6- Dinner
Week 4, Nov. 13- Desserts
The goal of the class is to teach participants approaches to eating that will support weight loss and optimum health.
