Over the years, Benvenuti and Stein has won several awards. Our most recent ones for Historic Preservation in Winnetka and Evanston are particularly gratifying because we didn’t enter a contest to win them.

The awards recognize notable achievements in design, restoration, construction and historic preservation. We are thrilled to be recognized again for designing and building contextual additions that maintain the charm and character of Chicago’s North Shore. We thank the homeowners who gave us the opportunity to partner with them in adapting older homes for current lifestyles.
