Our challenge was to transform the home from it’s current condition and add charm, character and create living spaces that would fit our clients’ needs. We changed some structural details and incorporated a unified color palette to give the exterior an elegant, cohesive look. We literally rebuilt the structure on the inside, gutting the framing from 1st floor to the roof rafters in many areas.

North Shore Great Room- 2021 Chrysalis Award

The walls that separated the family room, den and dining space were removed to create a beautiful open floor plan which includes an office niche. A new sunroom added to this Wilmette home

The architectural beauty of this sunroom addition in Wilmette shines both inside and out. Precision millwork forms the octagonal shaped ceiling inside, while a decorative glass cupola adds to character to the space outside. An abundance of natural light comes in from all directions making it a restful retreat with views to the environment.
