Full Service Home Remodeler Advantages

Full service home remodeler advantages include using a single source for all aspects of the project, transparency, cost efficiency and faster project timelines. As a result, there’s peace of mind. How is this achieved by using Benvenuti and Stein?

One Single Contract
One agreement will cover all aspects of design and construction with no need to find separate contractors.

Efficient Use of Your Time
Communication is streamlined with 1 project manager instead of separate entities which results in less stress for our clients.

Transparency and Cost Efficiency
We provide accurate architectural documents with constant reviews to eliminate costly surprises during construction.

Faster Project Timelines
Our all inclusive process of design, construction and IN-HOUSE cabinetry ensures your project is tightly managed to provide superior results in a timely manner.

What makes Benvenuti and Stein different from other design build firms?

We own our own millwork cabinet facility located in Evanston and our cabinetry is custom made for each individual client.

Our Process

-We supply detailed shop drawings for approval before fabrication, ensuring every dimension is accurate to the millimeter.

-Cabinets are crafted and assembled in our Evanston shop, then built to their designed configuration.

-Appliances are precision fitted to ensure the millwork can show up on site and be installed without needing
time-consuming alterations.

-After the Staging Review with clients, the cabinets are broken down and moved into our in-house finishing department.

-Our last step is to re-package appliances in their boxes which keeps them protected until being picked up for final installation.
