This Winnetka Home Renovation was originally built in the 1950’s. The challenge was to transform the home from it’s current condition and add charm, character and create living spaces that would fit our clients’ needs. The challenge of this Chicago North Shore Home Remodel was to update and upgrade this 1920’s brick Georgian to fit today’s lifestyle within the existing footprint. Benvenuti and Stein designed an expanded floor plan by eliminating the formal dining room and relocating the kitchen in its space. 3. Home Remodel Chicago Lakeview with sunroom and pool addition
Chicago Lakeview Home Remodel
Among the goals of this Chicago Lakeview couple was to accommodate their growing young children, add more natural light and take advantage of the recently acquired lot next door. An addition was designed & built with a beautiful, light filled, sunroom and pool room.
A cathedral ceiling with beams and skylights are a focal point of this sunroom with a lovely stone fireplace anchoring the space. Floor to ceiling folding glass doors located on 2 walls of the sunroom provide a seamless transition to the terrace and also the adjoining pool room. See many more photos and project details
This Northfied master bedroom was transformed with a new, comfortable sitting area. The room was brightened with the addition of large windows on three walls. The new fireplace flanked by custom built-in bookcases and window seats provide a warm atmosphere for a cozy seating area. The room was extended and a vaulted ceiling was incorporated adding to the room’s size.
5. Chicago Gold Coast modern bathroom remodel
Benvenuti and Stein’s modern bathroom design involved transforming the space into an easily accessible wet room with heated floor for continuous comfort. A clean cohesive look is achieved with the marble wall tile with built in shelves and marble tub surround.
