Our client wanted a Winnetka home with a first floor master suite and all the necessary amenities on a single level – suited for an empty-nester. The additional bedrooms and baths on both the 2nd floor and lower level along with the open floor plan are perfect for entertaining her out of town guests.
With an open floor plan, the kitchen, family room and dining room are visually separated with different ceiling styles.
All cabinetry was handcrafted in our Evanston Cabinetry shop. The kitchen cabinetry is butternut wood exterior with a painted & glazed finish- the interior is maple melamine. The perimeter counter tops are Madre Perla Quartzite and the island is Fusion Quartzite. The flooring is White Oak.
The dining table and display hutch were also constructed in our cabinetry shop and are crafted from American Black Walnut.
The exterior design of this Winnetka home has a Nantucket feel and it aligns perfectly with the character of the neighborhood.
