This Winnetka Custom Home built by Benvenuti and Stein, with a first floor master suite and all the necessary amenities on a single level is well suited for an empty-nester. Bedrooms and baths are located on both the 2nd floor and lower level. Those features plus the open floor plan are perfect for entertaining out of town guests.

North Shore Great Room- 2021 Chrysalis Award- The walls that separated the family room, den and dining space were removed to create a beautiful open floor plan which includes an office niche. The new vaulted ceiling adds to the spaciousness of the room. The wall of windows give an outdoor feel with natural light streaming in. This Glencoe, IL home remodel on the lake was a complete gut renovation. Walls were eliminated to allow flow of one room to another and provide optimal views of the lake. Custom cabinetry was used throughout the home.
