This Winnetka Home Renovation Award Winner was originally built in the 1950’s. The challenge: transform the home from it’s current condition and add charm, character and create living spaces that would fit our clients’ needs. Fitted with Marvin windows, it won their Red Diamond Achiever Award, Winnetka Preservation Award and Professional Remodeler Magazine Award. North Shore Home Remodel

North Shore Great Room- 2021 Chrysalis Award- The walls that separated the family room, den and dining space were removed to create a beautiful open floor plan which includes an office niche. The new vaulted ceiling adds to the spaciousness of the room. The wall of windows give an outdoor feel with natural light streaming in. A new sunroom was added to this Wilmette home. The architectural beauty of this sunroom addition in Wilmette shines both inside and out. Precision millwork forms the octagonal shaped ceiling inside, while a decorative glass cupola adds to character to the space outside. An abundance of natural light comes in from all directions making it a restful retreat with views to the environment.

This Glencoe, IL home remodel on the lake was a complete gut renovation. Walls were eliminated to allow flow of one room to another and provide optimal views of the lake. Custom cabinetry was used throughout the home.
