Mid-Century Modern Makeover

Clean lines and natural wood finishes flow throughout this award winning mid-century modern makeover in the North Shore suburb of Glenview.

Opening the Living Space
Contrary to what our clients had been previously advised, we saw no need to add an extension.  By following the roof line, adding proper framing for insulation and a dramatic window wall, the separate rooms were transformed into an airy multifunctional space with unobstructed views to the outdoors. We saw the possibilities that no one else even considered.

Behind the dining area is a custom office niche which was integrated in the architectural design.

Mid-Century Modern Makeover

Our clients were thrilled with their “new home:”

…”Geno had a vision from the very beginning and his team was able to execute it to perfection and there were no surprises along the way. We have a beautiful new space that has been expertly crafted…. We cannot say enough great things about Benvenuti and Stein. We are glad that we trusted them with our project and they delivered something more wonderful that we could have dreamed of.  Mitch & Amy G. – Glenview

And there’s more to come for this mid-century modern makeover… the Master suite is in the works!

A moment to thank our photographer Norman Sizemore for the great work he has done with capturing our projects so beautifully. Norman possesses excellent compositional skills, his beautifully processed final images and quick turnaround whenever possible. He has a great rapport with all of our clients as well. We look forward to revealing the new master suite in 2024.

And to All of Our Clients, Partners & Friends

Holiday Greetings
