Your first impression as you enter this Glenview home remodel is a calm, zen like feel. It offers a hint of what’s to come. The warm wood panels continue throughout the home reinforcing the mid-century modernization it has undergone in 3 stages.

The walls that separated the family room, den and dining space were removed to create a beautiful open floor plan which includes an office niche. The new vaulted ceiling adds to the spaciousness of the room and the wall of windows give an outdoor feel with natural light streaming in.

The second stage of the Glenview home remodel included a transformed kitchen, laundry room & bathroom.

The third stage shows the creativity involved in re-allocating existing space.

Two bathrooms were reconfigured to make a larger master bedroom and two smaller closets were incorporated into a large master closet.  The remodeled entry with custom doors reinforces the mid-century modern feel of the rest of the home. As a result, a fresh modern feel flows throughout the home giving it a cohesive, contemporary aesthetic.
