An elegant Evanston transitional kitchen with a French flair is a combination of blue and white cabinetry, natural stone and high end appliances.
This galley kitchen has a wall of cabinetry on one side which covers the refrigerator for a seamless look and provides ample storage eliminating the need for upper cabinets on the opposite wall. Having our own custom cabinetry allows us to design features such as the built-in coffee bar with a hinged door that slides open & close for easy access. The lovely open shelves are made of the same natural stone as the back splash which contributes to the airy feel & unified, elegant design. The black and gold La Cornue range accompanied by the unique hood help bring a European atmosphere to this Evanston transitional kitchen. Architectural design by Paul Janicki Architects
Thoughtful details make this a refined, elegant kitchen. The built-in coffee bar opens & closes with hinged sliding door. Brass pendant lighting and black Marquina quartzite countertop compliment the colors of the La Cornue range. Our unique custom hood punctuates the kitchens focal point.
Carrera marble used for the backsplash, countertops and open shelves adds to the unfied look with an open & airy feel.
Open floor plan gives a view to the bright breakfast niche with bay windows.
