Building the addition of an indoor pool with a retractable roof, a bright sunroom and a large patio helped provide year round family enjoyment. The three spaces are seamlessly connected by full height glass doors and radiant heat porcelain floors.

The indoor pool has a retractable roof to enjoy daylight sun or view evening stars.

A new bright elegant yet highly functional kitchen has views to the adjoining living spaces.
All cabinetry was handcrafted in our Evanston cabinet shop.

The childrens’ playroom has plenty of space to explore multiple activities and designated storage to help keep things organized.

While our clients have enjoyed their urban retreat, they are ready for another chapter and this Chicago Lakeview home is now on the market.
