Over the years, Benvenuti and Stein has won several awards contributing to our ranking among best home remodelers in Chicago. Our most recent ones for Historic Preservation in Winnetka and Evanston are particularly gratifying because we didn’t enter a contest to win them.

The awards recognize notable achievements in design, restoration, construction and historic preservation.
