This Wilmette home renovation has a fresh new look that breathes new life into the kitchen and surrounding spaces. This Chicago Lakeview home was transformed into an “Urban Retreat”. Our client’s goal in this Chicago Lakeview Home Renovation was to improve their city dwelling in order to accommodate their growing young children, add more natural light and updated finishes,  and take advantage of the recently acquired lot next door. This Winnetka kitchen and bath remodel was completed in two phases. The luxurious vanity area offers ample room to for refreshing while the make-up vanity provides a personal space for primping. See more of this home renovation.

The project has received the Winnetka Home Preservation Award for Rehabilitation, Professional Remodeler Magazine Design Award and Marvin Integrity Red Diamond Achiever Award. This project earned an Exterior Restoration Award from the village of Wilmette. The addition of a covered front porch added lots of character to the exterior while providing a serene outdoor space.

This home was extensively remodeled inside and out and received an award from the Glencoe Historic Preservation Commission.
