Many award winning North Shore design build projects have been completed by Benvenuti and Stein over the years. Recognition for excellence in design while retaining the character of the neighborhood  has been awarded for both existing home renovations and new home construction.

The awards recognize notable achievements in design, restoration, construction and historic preservation.
