Geno Benvenuti (a Wilmette native), began the remodeling company with a friend in 1977. Since then with 910 completed projects in the North Shore suburbs and Chicago, 372 have been Winnetka with 185 being repeat business.

This Winnetka home renovation involved a 1920’s traditional brick home which was updated to fit today’s lifestyle while staying within the existing footprint.
In order to give the home a spacious and airy feel, the kitchen was opened to the adjoining rooms; hallway, dining room and living room.

A Winnetka Home Designed & Built by Benvenuti and Stein was the 2nd custom home created for our client. Perfect for an empty nester with occasional guests, the home has all the amenities needed for single story living on the first floor. There is ample room on the second for a comfortable stay.
