We enjoyed meeting all who came to see our custom kitchen during  the 2013 Designer Kitchens of the North Shore Kitchen Tour. Participants were also able to see the surrounding living space which we designed and built for open area living. Our thanks to Sawbridge Studios and Prufrock Floral Studio for providing gorgeous place settings & floral arrangements. Handcrafted Kitchen Cabinetry-Butternut Wood with Natural Glaze and Painted Finishes

Our recent custom designed kitchen will be featured in the Designer Kitchens of the North Shore Kitchen Tour, Friday May 3rd. The home at 467 Willow Rd in Winnetka was designed & built by Benvenuti and Stein and showcases the fine handcrafted cabinetry that we’re noted for.

A combination of hand-glazed painted cabinetry and Butternut wood is complemented with seedy glass and decorative patterned resin panel inserts. The perimeter cabinetry countertops are fabricated from slabs of Madre Perla quartzite. The kitchen island counter with a built up ogee edge from Fusion quartzite boasts unique swirling color and veining. A linear slate mosaic tile backsplash rises full-height behind the floating Butternut hood.

Benvenuti and Stein will host a night of wine tasting , hors d’oeuvres and information to help you build a wine collection tailored to your needs. The Winnetka Wine shop will explain starting and stocking a wine cellar and will provide tastings from its store which features wines from around the world at all price levels. Sub-zero will provide information on wine storage & preservation and the options available for any size collection. Benvenuti and Stein will showcase their custom wine storage solutions and explain how to integrate them into your home.
